Kidnappers demand N$1 m

FOUR Zimbabweans have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of a Chinese man in Ludwigsdorf, Windhoek, on Saturday.

According to the Police, Wanabw Hung (57) was kidnapped after a red VW Golf crashed into his car.
