POLICE at Keetmanshoop have arrested 30-year-old Mariental resident Erwin Kock after he allegedly raped and strangled to death a 58-year-old woman in her house at Keetmanshoop during the early hours of Friday.
The woman was identified as Rebecca Anna Isaacks.
