Katjavivi hands over credentials

NAMIBIA’S new Ambassador to Germany, Dr Peter Katjavivi, handed over his letters of credence to German Federal President Horst Koehler in the Palace of Bellevue in Berlin on Wednesday.

Katjavivi conveyed best wishes to President Koehler from Namibian President Hifikepunye Pohamba and renewed an invitation by President Pohamba during his state visit to Germany in December 2005 to pay a reciprocal visit to Namibia at his convenience.
