I WAS very disappointed when reading the Namibian of 22 July 2004 to learn that Swapo is considering giving Paulus Kapia, the SPYL Secretary General, a parliamentary seat.
This means that Swapo do not have a problem with the hate speech that this person is frequently making against the white community in Namibia.
