ONGWEDIVA – Information and Communication Technology Minister Joel Kaapanda has appealed to Namibians, especially the younger ones, to always stand still when a national flag is being lowered or hoisted.
Kaapanda issued this appeal while addressing pupils at the Mweshipandeka High School at Ongwediva in the Oshana Region over the weekend.
