Appeal The Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein reserved judgement on yesterday in Schabir Schaik’s civil appeal against a R34-million asset forfeiture by the State.
Shaik was found guilty on two charges of corruption and one charge of fraud by Judge Hilary Squires in July 2005.
