Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri mourned

* JOHANNESBURG – Communications Minister Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri served the country and the ANC with distinction, the party said yesterday. Matsepe-Casaburri died of natural causes on Monday night at a Pretoria hospital. She was 71.
