Informal settlement leaders receive certificates

WINDHOEK – Over 100 community leaders from informal settlements received certificates from the City of Windhoek on Friday after completing various courses aimed at improving living standards in their settlements.

The courses covered topics such as bookkeeping, drawing up financial reports and leadership skills.
