OUTAPI – Police in the Omusati Region are investigating the circumstances under which a three-month-old baby drowned in a bucket of water at Omagalanga village near Oshikuku last week.
Sergeant Lineekela Shikongo of the Police Public Relations Unit in the region said the baby, Jacob Tomas, drowned while his mother was fetching water at a communal water tap last week Monday.
