THE recent incidence of attacks perpetrated by Swapo party members against RDP members, reported in this paper on July 15 2008, is not only frustrating and worrisome but it’s a clear manifestation of the ruling party’s undemocratic and intolerant views about opposition.

It’s unfortunate that some people feel more Namibian and more politically correct than others, simply because they belong to the ruling party which is credited with liberating the country.
