OSHAKATI residents, especially those who are members of the Evangelical and Lutheran Church in Namibia (Elcin), are upset about the state of the road to the cemetery which they say is especially hard to negotiate during the rainy season.
The Avbob vehicles find it hard to deliver bodies to the cemetery in such weather.
