FESTUS HANGULA is set to become the new Executive Officer of the Social Security Commission with effect from July 17.
Hangula will replace Tuli Hiveluah who resigned in August 2005, shortly before he was to face a disciplinary hearing about the role he played in the SSC’s decision to invest N$30 million through an inexperienced but well-connected asset management company, Avid Investment Corporation.
