Grade 10 failures prefer going back to school

THE Namibia College of Open Learning (Namcol) says there was a low turnout of Grade 10 repeaters at countrywide registrations last week.

Namcol Director Harold Murangi attributed the low turnout to the fact that many repeaters had already registered at the beginning of the year.
