THE Government of the Republic of Namibia has conferred the status of hero on the late John Alphons Pandeni, Minister of Local Government, who died in a car accident on Friday.
The Media Affairs Department in the Ministry of Information announced yesterday afternoon that Pandeni will be honoured with a hero’s funeral on Saturday, March 29.
