Open letter to Mr Kobus Bezuidenhout
I was in your building this morning with my VERY old decoder, which was not working. I made a call beforehand and was advised to bring it in for a software update.

I don’t know the name of the gentleman who attended to me, but he was polite, efficient, humorous and knowledgeable. The eventual upshot was that I went home with a new decoder and remote, at no charge, in what was called a ‘legacy swap’. It is sad that the usual response to bad service is a written complaint, but good service seldom enjoys any comment at all. For that reason I would like to compliment you and your staff for the efficiency and pleasantness with which I was treated. In general, both the personal service one receives when visiting, and the telephonic help one gets are of an excellent standard. Also, it’s a lovely environment your company has created and it’s a pleasure visiting your premises. If you can, please find out who the gentleman was who dealt with me and pass on my good wishes.
