GERMANY’S Education, Science and Research Minister, Dr Annette Schavan, jetted into Windhoek for two days on Friday to hold talks with Government officials on bilateral research projects on land use, water and climate change.
She met Environment and Tourism Minister Willem Konjore on Friday and Dr Nickey Iyambo, the Minister of Agriculture, Water and Forestry.
