BISHOP Liborius Nashenda of the Roman Catholic Church Archdiocese of Windhoek has clarified that Father Hans-Peter Nagel has not been legally suspended from the church, but has been barred from conducting services in public pending the outcome of a criminal case against him.
Nagel has been accused of the rape and indecent assault of three minor girls.
