Finance Ministry top official collapses, dies in hospital

AN official working for the Ministry of Finance, Toivo Shiimbi, collapsed while making a presentation on Monday and was later pronounced dead in hospital.

Shiimbi, who was to turn 43 on Friday, was the Director of Administration in the Ministry of Finance.
