THE City of Windhoek has announced that it will scale down its bus operations over the festive season.This is being done to allow staff to take leave over the holidays.
The existing routes will be reduced to four trips per route, between 06h00 and 07h45 in the morning and between 15h00 and 17h15 in the afternoon.
