Father accidentally kills 4-year-old son

OPUWO – The Police at Opuwo are investigating a case of culpable homicide after a father fatally hacked his four-year-old son with a hoe on Saturday.

The incident took place at Oruvandjei village, about 45 kilometres west of Opuwo.
