POLICE at Keetmanshoop on Wednesday arrested a 31-year-old suspect after he allegedly murdered Cliver Julius (40) by slashing his throat with a knife.
According to Karas Deputy Commissioner Abel Josephat, Police found Julius’s body early Wednesday morning next to the railway track.
