TWO separate charges of rape against a former waiter on a luxury tourist train have been referred to the Swakopmund and Otjiwarongo Regional Courts respectively.
Trevor Glen Pieterse (21) of Windhoek has to appear in the Otjiwarongo Regional Court on Thursday and in the Swakopmund Regional Court on Friday following a decision by the Prosecutor-General to prosecute him on both charges.
