SUSPENDED Swapo Youth League leader Paulus Kapia will not resign from the National Assembly, despite having undertaken to do so in a meeting with Swapo President Sam Nujoma.
Close allies of Kapia’s have indicated that he made a U-turn after giving the idea some thought over the weekend, but they said he was reluctant to give reasons for the decision.
