Crime in Oshana Region down, says Police chief

THE Commander of Police in the Oshana Region, Deputy Commissioner Ndahangwapo Kashihakumwa, says the Police have managed to reduce the crime rate in the region.

He said this at the commemoration of Police Day at Oshakati on Wednesday.
