Court charge for mother of abandoned little girl

THE Oshakati Police have arrested a 23-year-old woman in connection with the abandonment of a two-year-old mentally retarded girl found near the Oshakati Airport two days before Christmas.

NamPol Liaison Officer Samuel Hamukonda said that the Police arrested Elestine Endjala (23) of Oshakati West last Sunday.
