OPUWO – The Kunene Regional Council is to donate N$1 000 to Lotte Uises, an elderly woman who lost all her belongings when her house in Outjo’s Etoshapoort residential area burned down last month.
Two people, Frans !Uiseb and Josef Somseb, sustained serious burns in the fire and were admitted to the Katutura State Hospital.
