Continued thefts derail business at Etayi

IIPANDA – Thieves are disrupting business in the Etayi Constituency in the North by breaking into cuca shops at the Iipandayamiti and Ongoloti centres.

The continuous break-ins and thefts, cuca shop owners say, started as far back as 1999.
