WHICH Ministry is responsible for the three houses BM 122 938 and BM 122 938A etc.located in Hoogenhout Street, Nr. 8,10 and 12 next to Sam Nujoma Drive and surrounding houses in such a prime location in Windhoek? Who permits valuable Namibian assets to be mistreated so badly? Please note: One of these houses does not have a single windowpane that is not broken.
In my opinion this is criminal negligence by whoever is responsible and they should be accused of a criminal offence, corruption, negligence, wastage of Namibian money. It is a crying shame that something like that is still happening after 15 years of independence.And, as an afterthought: is it not also the responsibility of our Municipality to eradicate such an eyesore in such a prime spot in our beautiful city?
