OSHAKATI – The management of the Kamwiitulwa Construction Company and the Valombola Vocational Training Centre (VVTC) are at loggerheads, blaming one another for breach of contract.
This came to light after 37 workers of the construction company downed tools last week, saying they did not receive their salaries for last month.
