A 13-year-old boy is alleged to have raped a two-year-old toddler at Omalyata village in the Ohangwena Region last week, the Police reported in their crime bulletin yesterday.
In another incident, a 20-year-old woman was raped at Otjiwarongo early on Thursday morning, allegedly by a 27-year-old man.
