Boy found hanging from line

PRETORIA – A 10-year-old Pietermaritzburg boy was found hanging from a clothesline by his neck on Sunday, police said yesterday.

Inspector Joey Jeevan said that a tenant on the property found him hanging from the clothesline with a jersey around his neck.
