RUNDU – A senior veterinary official in Mukwe Constituency, Sebastian Simbaranda, says the 21 donkeys that were allegedly stolen from neighbouring Botswana are still at large.
Simbaranda said his Botswana counterparts last month collected 11 donkeys from villages in the Mukwe Constituency after a joint operation by Namibian Police and veterinary officials.
