PRESIDENT Sam Nujoma shifted two deputy ministers in a mini reshuffle on Saturday.
Clara Bohitile becomes the new Deputy Minister of Finance, while former Deputy Minister of Higher Education Buddy Wentworth will take over her job of Deputy Minister of Basic Education.
