Banks Should Wake Up

AS a western visitor to this beautiful land, I am perplexed there apparently is no bank in your country with the marketing brains to be the first to promote the idea that clients should come to their bank and deposit their money at no cost.

I know from the excellent story in last week’s Weekender that at least one bank does not charge for deposits under N$500.
