A FAMILY of six escaped unhurt when a Toyota bakkie, with a Lüderitz registration number, crashed into their home at Keetmanshoop’s Tseiblaagte area during the early hours of Saturday.
The owner of the house said it was the second time a vehicle had crashed into his house. According to Police reports, 14 people were in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Of the 14, only five, including the driver, who was identified as Enrico Eksteen Rossouw, sustained slight injuries. Police opened a charge of reckless and negligent driving against Rossouw.
