JOHANNESBURG – Senegal’s AS Douanes have been expelled from this year’s African Champions League after using an irregularly registered player in the first round, officials confirmed yesterday.
The Confederation of African Football have reinstated Mali’s Stade Malien, who were beaten 4-1 on aggregate by the Senegalese side in the first round.
