MADRID – Arsenal’s Belarus midfielder Aleksandr Hleb arrived in Spain yesterday to take a medical ahead of completing a move to Barcelona, the Primera Liga club said on their website (www.fcbarcelona.com).

The 27-year-old has been a long-term target for Barcelona and arrives the day after they agreed to sell Brazilian Ronaldinho to AC Milan.
