A LACK of magistrates for criminal cases in the Katutura courts yesterday resulted in the postponement of another labour case in which a former manager is suing transport parastatal TransNamib.
Magistrate Uaatjo Uanivi, Chairperson of the District Labour Court, had to attend to criminal cases and the case was postponed to next week Tuesday.
