AN Angolan soldier and another Angolan man were arrested in the Ohangwena Region on Saturday in connection with the theft of nine solar panels at Oluno village.

Deputy Commissioner Armas Shivute, the regional Police commander in Ohangwena, said Joao Frerico Severino (30), a soldier from Ondjiva in Angola, and Fernando Lukas (25) from Santa Clara appeared in the Eenhana Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
