Andrew Ndishishi faces drunk driving charges

THE Permanent Secretary of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, Andrew Ndishishi, was arrested at Swakopmund yesterday morning on charges of drunken driving, refusing to take a Breathalyzer test or submit a blood sample for alcohol content testing, and resisting the Police.

The acting commander of the Erongo Police, Chief Inspector Charles Sibolile, told The Namibian that Ndishishi was pulled over on Tobias Hainyeko Street in Swakopmund for allegedly driving in the wrong lane.
