Alleged’muti’ assassins terrorise villagers

RUNDU – The Regional Councillor for the Rundu Rural Constituency, Herbert Shixwameni, has issued a stern warning to a gang of men alleged to be threatening the lives of villagers in some areas of his constituency.

Shixwameni told Nampa that villagers living between Ncaute and Hamweyi were living in fear as the gang was allegedly threatening to kill them for ‘their body parts’ to use in ‘muti’ needed for business purposes.
