In a brief statement, Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) said the closure of the Ai-Ais Hot Springs Resort, in the Ai-Ais/Richtersveld Trans Frontier Park, was a revamp exercise to address “the systematic improvement of all tourist facilities” which would “bring about improvements in service delivery and guest experience”.
