Advice To Political Parties

I THINK it is about time that all political parties start moving away from telling us, the nation, that they fought for the liberation of this country and trying to make other parties look bad.

I think each person in Namibia is grateful that this country is liberated and are thankful to those in and outside the country that fought to make sure we became independent. We get the picture. Thank you for the piece of information that we already know!All I am saying to all political parties is that reminding us of what you did in the past will never minimise poverty, create employment, better and improve the education and the health sectors and so on.Focus on these issues and how you are going to address them rather than making empty promises.It is also time that political parties start creating public platforms were debates can take place and the Namibian people can air their views and ask questions on matters of great concern.
