A REPORT in The Namibian on Friday, ‘NamGem, MUN Agree to 8% wage increase’, stated that negotiations had concentrated on a cash package for the workers, and had included changes to benefits such as housing and transport.
Namdeb has subsequently pointed out that the agreement did not cover housing and transport.
