NDAPANDULA Jafet (28), the village woman charged with murdering her brother by dismembering his hands and feet, was not acquitted of that charge, as reported in The Namibian on Wednesday.
Magistrate Paulus Noah, sitting in the Oshakati Regional Court, found her guilty as charged, and gave her a 10-year jail sentence – suspended for five years.
