A change in hearts and minds needed

LUSAKA – Zambia’s Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says success in fighting corruption lies beyond improving Conditions of Service for workers.

Speaking during a Media Institute of Southern Africa (Misa-Zambia) radio programme, ACC Public Relations Manager Timothy Moono said major strides against corruption would only be achieved when if the mindset of perpetrators could be changed.
