OPUWO – The Police at Khorixas have arrested 36-year-old Kleopas Tjiunduwa on suspicion of being in possession of stolen livestock.
Tjiunduwa was arrested after Police received a tip-off that he allegedly had around 1 200 stolen goats on his farm in the Khorixas district.
