4 escape at Tsumeb

FOUR trial-awaiting prisoners held on theft charges escaped from the Tsumeb Police Station on Sunday.

The men managed to break open their cell’s inner and outer doors. The men were identified as David Shetuhanga (20), Richard Guiob (21), Albert Thomas (18) and Moses Albino (16).Albino was held on a theft charge as well as two previous counts of escaping from custody.The rest of the fugitives were all awaiting trial on housebreaking and theft charges.* Staff at the Otjomuise Municipal Water Care Works discovered the remains of a human foetus inside a sewage pipe near the Goreangab Dam on Friday morning.
