26 courts apply for approval

WINDHOEK – The Minister of Justice, Albert Kawana, says the Ministry is processing 26 applications for the establishment and recognition of community courts.

Kawana was speaking when he gave feedback on the implementation of the Community Courts Act to over 80 traditional leaders and their councillors at the seventh annual meeting of the Council of Traditional Leaders last week.
