THE Regional Court at Keetmanshoop has sentenced a convicted stock thief to 20 years in jail as prescribed by the new Stock Theft Amendment Act.
Magistrate Hosea !Noabeb found Hendrik Jaartze (36) guilty of stealing 14 head of small livestock valued at N$4 700 from Kalla Koopman’s farm near Keetmanshoop.
